What began with the planning of our own wedding slowly unfolded into something much bigger — a passion for designing timeless, heartfelt celebrations that tell each couple’s story in an authentic and artful way. In time, that passion became Clay & Vine — a business built on faith, trust, and the joy of serving others together.
Today, as Austin-based wedding planners serving couples across Texas and beyond, we’re humbled to create events that blend intentional design with genuine connection.
More than just a husband-and-wife team, we believe wedding planning should feel like friendship — rooted in trust, joy, and real connection. We want to know you, your story, your quirks, your dreams. We are more than business owners, we are creative partners.
I’m a storyteller at my core, and weddings are my favorite story to tell. With a deep love for marriage and an obsession for intentional design, I pour every bit of heart and detail into creating celebrations that feel personal, beautiful, and joy-filled. I thrive in the moments that remind couples why they fell in love in the first place.
When I’m not on the dance floor or chatting with our favorite Austin vendors, you can find me embracing the "Boy Mom" title or sneaking away on a romantic getaway with Steve.
I handle the behind-the-scenes logistics, build the timelines, and love turning chaos into celebration. I believe that planning a wedding should feel like peace, not pressure — and I’m here to make sure that happens.
When I’m not fine-tuning details or loading the getaway car, you’ll probably find me leading our church youth group, working on my golf swing, or perfecting my (seriously famous) lasagna recipe all while sweeping Karen off her feet.

Andrea is always up for an adventure. She loves exploring new places, learning about different cultures, and trying new things along the way. When she’s not out discovering the world (10 countries and counting), you’ll find her dancing to her favorite music or spending time with her family — including her beloved pup, Maya.
Meet the Team
Faith and family are at the heart of everything Stephanie does. She finds joy in traveling and spending time outdoors — especially camping in Colorado or beneath the towering trees of Sequoia National Park. And when she’s not exploring nature, you can probably find her soaking up the sun at the beach, her ultimate happy place.
AB keeps his priorities beautifully simple: Jesus first, family second — and yes, pineapples absolutely belong on pizza. He has a natural gift for working with children, guiding and encouraging them with genuine care. His steady presence, patience, and joyful spirit make him a light to everyone he meets.
Steph has a master’s degree in Literacy (though she jokes she only uses it about 2% of the time). She’s a proud fish mom to Kent Roy and embraces her role as the quintessential middle child with charm and humor.
