Partial Planning is for the couple that has done their research and has an idea but will need a professional to bring it all together and make sure the day goes smoothly.

Event Coordination is for the couple that has done all of the legwork and needs someone to clean up some of the edges and coordinate the wedding day!

WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT

Every package includes Wedding Day Management, giving you peace of mind that your day will be carried out with calm, care, and precision. Not sold separately.

After we meet, you will review our proposal. If you're ready to book, you'll need to sign our contract and pay your retainer.

Once you're booked, the magic begins. We will start working on mood boards, timelines, and plan meetings with you to ensure we understand your vision.

How far in advance should we book a planner?

Most couples book 12–18 months out, but it’s never too early to start. Our calendar fills quickly — especially for spring and fall dates. However, we have also planned a wedding in 4 months so we are always ready!

Can you help us find vendors that match our style and budget?

Absolutely! We’ve built strong relationships with Austin’s most trusted florists, caterers, photographers, and venues. Depending on the package you select, our team will curate or recommend a vendor team that fits your aesthetic, priorities, and investment — ensuring every detail feels cohesive and intentional.

Will you be there on the wedding day?

Absolutely. You’ll always have a dedicated lead planner or coordinator (based on your package) and an assistant on site. For larger guest counts or more intricate designs, we may add additional team members to ensure setup runs smoothly, vendors are well-coordinated, and you receive the attentive, seamless experience you deserve on your wedding day.

How do we secure our date?

A signed contract and 50% retainer officially reserve your date. Our team books on a first-come basis. After your retainer is paid, you have access to pay your invoice whenever you desire. Final balance is due 2 weeks from wedding day.

While Austin and the Hill Country are home, we love destination events too — from Coastal or international celebrations.

Do you create timelines and manage vendors?

Yes, absolutely — from the very beginning! Establishing logistics early on gives your planning process direction and clarity. We craft detailed timelines that serve as a compass for your day and begin communicating with vendors at least 30 days before your wedding. This ensures everyone is aligned, prepared, and confident in how the day will flow — so you can simply relax and enjoy every moment.

How can I best prepare for our inquiry call?

We recommend sitting with each other and identifying at least 3 major questions (outside of coordination/planning) you want answered at the end of our call. Our goal is to not only share about our services but to best prepare you for your planning process one question at a time.
